SHACMAN F3000 SUPER DUMP TRUCK



1. In August 2019, the General Manager conducted in-depth market research in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, and Cameroon in Africa. He identified the challenges faced by end-users and engaged in extensive discussions with major clients in the dump truck industry to understand their needs and suggestions regarding dump truck usage in mining areas. He then instructed Shaanxi Automobile to immediately develop a super-version dump truck that would completely outperform competitors.

2. Following the General Manager's instructions, the Import and Export Company, in conjunction with Shaanxi Automobile's R&D department, immediately went to the front lines of the African market to conduct research with mining clients, collect their needs, communicate with them about vehicle usage issues, and analyze the research findings to clarify the development direction.

 

3. Simultaneously, they collected all quality issues related to Shaanxi Automobile dump trucks in the international market from 2017 to 2019. Through systematic analysis, they summarized and analyzed typical, frequently occurring issues that impacted user satisfaction, and planned the development of a super-version dump truck.

 

4. After a systematic and detailed summary and analysis, it was ultimately determined that the existing mature F3000 platform dump trucks (6x4 and 8x4) of Shaanxi Automobile would be comprehensively improved in 41 aspects, including appearance and comfort enhancement, reliability improvement, and load-bearing capacity enhancement.

 

After a year of planning and project implementation, the F3000 Super Edition dump truck product was completed in October 2020.
